NutrivityRx® 5:1 herbal extract is produced under the restrict GMP control and follow the European BRC standard (British Retail Consortium), a technical standard use by the retailers and manufacturers. The retailers will only consider business with suppliers who have gained certification to the appropriate BRC Global Standard.

Our production technology is under the high restriction procedures to process NutrivityRx® herb extracts.

1. Herbal selection: select the correct herbs according to the TCM National Pharmucopoeia standard. Check the herbal name, lot number, herbal region, quantity of the herbs and do the chemical analyses to confirm the identification, ensure potency and to test for active constituents. Record all procedures from the beginning to finish.    

2. Pre-extraction: Wash the herbs with the running water. Dry in the natural temperature and agitated. All herb ingredients are randomly sampled and inspected to ensure the high quality and recorded from beginning to finish.

3. Extraction and Concentration: The individual indredients to be used in the extraction and concentration muse pass the chemical analysis and other lab tests. After several advance procedures: low temperature extract, which including extracts the essential oils, concentration, fluid-bed low temperature granulation, spray dry, the extraction and concentration are completed. The extract must be concentrated into concrete on density 1.25 in temperature 45-50℃ and must preserver in a low temperature at 2-10℃.

The low temperature extraction process is used to maximized the extract ingredient's potency.

4: Laboratory Tests: Many different test to measure the potency of each active ingredients such as heavy metals (lead, mercury, and arsenic), micro bacteria screens (E.colic, salmonella and various other possible bio-contaminants such as molds and yeasts) and any other FDA required tests.
